Order Processing
Once an order is placed, it takes 1 to 3 business days to process.
During weekdays, most orders are processed within one business day, but if you place your order on Friday evening or during the weekend, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped. Delivery typically takes between 5 to 15 business days, depending on your location and local courier efficiency.

Placing an Order
The ordering process at Elliot & Grace is designed to be straightforward and user-friendly.

On the Shipping page, you can verify your information again. Please note that all shipments are completely free of charge — as a thank-you to our customers, Elliot & Grace covers all shipping and delivery costs.
Next, click “Continue to Payment”, where you can choose from our secure, SSL-encrypted payment methods:

Once you’ve selected your preferred payment method, click “Complete Order.” You’ll then be redirected to your chosen payment provider to finalize the transaction.

Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking information to monitor your delivery’s progress.
If the carrier confirms that your package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled and completed. At that point, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please:
